For proof of quality, every ‘diamond’ features a microscopic “SWAROVSKI ZIRCONIA” laser engraving that is invisible to the naked eye (see photo 3).
These silver stud earrings contain the latest Swarovski Zirconia which allows better light refraction than Swarovski Crystal and are also more durable (8.5 v 6 on the diamond “MOHS” hardness scale). The benefit is more sparkle and better scratch resistance.
Only the rarest of diamonds are truly colourless, most having a tinge of yellow or brown. By comparison, a Swarovski Zirconia is entirely colourless: equivalent to a perfect “D” on a diamonds grading scale.
